The Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 states that employers are forbidden from discriminating against you due to your religious beliefs. Everyone is prohibited from harassing you because of your religious beliefs. No one can crack offensive jokes or make gestures and mock you based on your religion.

  • Religious Dress

Employees can experience discrimination when told they cannot wear their traditional religious dress. Companies with no strict dress code should not do it.
